What a Lighting Retrofit Actually Involves
LED retrofits
A retrofit swaps your existing fluorescent, metal halide or halogen fixtures for LED without rebuilding the ceiling. Depending on the fixture, that means new LED troffers or panels, retrofit kits in existing housings, or ballast bypass conversions, wired and labelled properly by a licensed electrician.
What we retrofit:
Office and retail interiors: troffers, panels, pot lights and accent lighting
Warehouse and shop floors: high bay fixtures with proper lumen and glare planning
Exterior and parking lot lighting: wall packs and pole lights
Exit signs and emergency lighting, tested and up to code
Occupancy sensors, dimming and lighting controls are planned into the retrofit, not bolted on after. And not every fixture needs a retrofit: we also repair and replace ballasts, drivers and failed fixtures one at a time. Every fixture change is wired to code, so your warranty and your insurance both hold up.
