A drive fault at 2 a.m. and a planned motor upgrade are the same skill set on different days. We handle both, on the power side and the controls side.

Root causes
Most repeat VFD faults aren't the drive's fault. The drive is just the messenger, and replacing it without reading the message buys you the same failure again.
The usual suspects:
Cabinets running hot: blocked filters and failed fans cook drives slowly
Motor problems wearing a drive's mask: failing bearings and insulation drag drives into overcurrent
Poor grounding and unshielded cable causing nuisance trips
Power quality events: sags and spikes the fault log records and nobody reads
Parameter sets lost or wrong after a rushed swap
